These terms apply to your use of Klavigma, a Figma plugin and website operated by Gerrit Muilerman ("we", "us"). By installing or using Klavigma you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Klavigma.
Klavigma turns an email design in Figma into a template in your Klaviyo account. It needs a Klaviyo private API key that you create and control, and it can use AI features to find regions and write alt text.
Klavigma has three plans. The free plan includes 5 exports to Klaviyo, 1 AI scan and 1 text scan (AI alt text) per calendar month. Pro costs $19 per month (plus VAT where it applies) and includes up to 50 exports to Klaviyo per month and unlimited AI scans and text scans. The Agency plan is for agencies, companies and DTC brands: it is agreed individually with us, and its price and limits are set in that agreement. We may change the limits or features of a plan; a change never reduces what you have already paid for during the current billing period.
You sign in with a Google account. Your plan is linked to the email address of that account. You are responsible for using the same email address when you buy Pro, and for what happens under your account.
Pro is a subscription, billed monthly in advance. Our order process is run by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle takes the payment, handles taxes and sends the invoice, and Paddle's buyer terms apply to the purchase. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Klavigma (account menu, Manage subscription); Pro then stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are described in our refund policy.
Do not misuse Klavigma: do not try to get around the plan limits, attack or overload the service, resell it, or use it for unlawful content or spam. We may suspend access that breaks these rules.
Your designs and emails remain yours. You give us only the permission needed to process them so that Klavigma works (see the privacy policy). You are responsible for the content you send and for your Klaviyo account and its terms. Klavigma is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Klaviyo or Figma.
AI scan and AI alt text produce suggestions that can be wrong. Check them before you send an email. You are responsible for the final result.
Klavigma depends on Figma, Klaviyo and other services and may be unavailable or change when they do. We work to keep it running but do not promise uninterrupted service.
Klavigma is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or lost profit, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Klavigma in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory consumer rights stay unaffected.
You can stop using Klavigma at any time. We may end or suspend your access if you break these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (for example liability) continue after the end.
