Klavigma privacy policy
Last updated: 1 November 2026 · Klavigma
Klavigma is a Figma plugin that turns an email design in Figma into a Klaviyo email template. It runs inside Figma and uses a small server (“the Klavigma server”, hosted by Vercel) to talk to Klaviyo and to the AI features.
Who runs Klavigma: Gerrit Muilerman. Contact: muilermangerrit@gmail.com
What we handle, and why
Your Klaviyo private API key. You paste it into Klavigma. It is saved only in Figma’s plugin storage on your computer. Each time Klavigma talks to Klaviyo (uploading images, creating templates, universal sections), the key is sent through the Klavigma server to Klaviyo, because Klaviyo doesn’t accept those calls straight from Figma. The server does not save or log the key.
Your email design. Images of your email regions are uploaded to your own Klaviyo account (its image library) when you send a template. Klavigma’s region layout is saved inside your Figma file.
Google sign-in (needed to send emails to Klaviyo and for the AI features). When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. They are used to show who is signed in, to count your monthly use on the free plan (exports to Klaviyo, AI scans, text scans) and your daily AI uses, and to find your Pro plan by your email address. Your sign-in is kept in Figma’s plugin storage on your computer; the server only holds sign-in data for a few minutes while you sign in.
AI scan and AI alt text. When you use them, pictures of your email (or of single regions) are sent through the Klavigma server to Anthropic’s Claude API, which returns suggested regions or alt text. We keep the AI’s answer (not the pictures) for up to 30 days so the same request doesn’t cost again, and a per-user counter for the daily limit for 2 days. Anthropic processes the pictures under its commercial terms and does not use them to train its models.
Payment and plan. Pro is sold by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle collects your payment details and name, email, address and tax data as needed for the purchase; we never see your card details. Paddle tells our server whether a subscription for your email address is active, and we store only that: your email address, the subscription status and ids, and the renewal or end date. Paddle's privacy notice applies to what Paddle collects. We keep the plan record while you have a subscription and for as long as needed for accounting and legal duties afterwards. Use counters for the free plan are kept for 45 days.
Klavigma sections. Universal sections you create in Klavigma are stored on the Klavigma server (Vercel Blob storage), filed under your Klaviyo account’s ID, so everyone with access to that Klaviyo account sees the same sections. You can delete them in Klavigma.

Your rights
We process this data to provide the features you use in Klavigma. You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at muilermangerrit@gmail.com. Removing the plugin from Figma deletes your key and sign-in from your computer. If you are in the EU, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes we update the date above and, for big changes, say so in the plugin.
