How to use Klavigma

Klavigma · Pricing · Privacy policy · Support: muilermangerrit@gmail.com

1. Connect your Klaviyo account

  1. In Klaviyo: Settings › Account › API keys › Create Private API Key.
  2. Give it these scopes: Accounts: Read, Images: Full access, Templates: Full access.
  3. In Klavigma, click + Connect Klaviyo account (top left) and paste the key.

The key is saved only in Figma on your computer. Klavigma’s server passes it on to Klaviyo for each request and never stores it. You can connect several accounts and switch between them at the top left.

2. Pick your email

Select your email’s frame in Figma, or choose it in the Email list. Klavigma shows the whole frame as one image.

3. Split it into regions

Regions side by side become columns. Each region becomes one image in the email.

4. Links and alt text

Click a region to give it a link and alt text. AI alt text fills in the missing ones for you. Default links (Settings) save typing for regions that all go to the same page.

5. Check and send

  1. Images: Klavigma makes the images and shows their sizes.
  2. HTML: preview on desktop and phone, and download the HTML if you want it.
  3. Klaviyo: the checklist warns about Gmail clipping, missing links or alt text. Then send (needs a Google sign-in; the free plan includes 5 exports a month): the images go to your Klaviyo image library and a template appears in your account, with real columns you can edit in Klaviyo’s drag-and-drop editor.

Universal sections

Save a header or footer once and reuse it in every email. Klavigma can place it automatically (top, bottom or after a type of section) and keeps it in sync with Klaviyo.
